We can ship to any address in the United States. If you would like to order to outside the United States, you may do so by contacting us here.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the parcel and actual shipment charge, based on what what shipping method you choose (see below). You can estimate your shipping costs in two ways:
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, which can take up to 7 business days anywhere in the United States. UPS Next Day Air®, 2nd Day Air®, and 3rd Day Select® are also available at extra charge. For delivery over weekends or holidays, you must call in your order to see if delivery is possible.
Please remember that UPS 1, 2, and 3 Day Service starts the day after we ship your order. Your order must be received by us before 12:00 noon Pacific Time to receive same day shipping. Here are a couple examples:
All orders are shipped within two business days. However, UPS Next Day Air®, 2nd Day Air®, and 3rd Day Select® shipments are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. You will be given the delivery estimate in Step 4: Shipping Method before you complete checkout.
Saturday Delivery is not available for residential addresses, and is not accessible through our check out process. For commercial Saturday deliveries, call our office, as some restrictions may apply.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification by email. In order to track your shipment:

You may return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you may also return it within 30 days of delivery.
If your item(s) is eligible for return (see above), you will be refunded or credited based on the following:
In some cases, we may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply sign in to your account, view the order using the Completed Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please call our office immediately. We will cancel your order and refund your money immediately. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order when you call. If the parcel has already been shipped, we cannot stop it mid-transit.
