Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?

We can ship to any address in the United States. If you would like to order to outside the United States, you may do so by contacting us here.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the parcel and actual shipment charge, based on what what shipping method you choose (see below). You can estimate your shipping costs in two ways:

  1. After adding items to your cart, proceed to Checkout, fill in your details, and all your shipping options will be available for view in Step 4: Shipping Method.
  2. After adding items to your cart, proceed to View Cart at the top of the page. From there you can calculate shipping based on the items in your cart and your postal code.

3. What shipping options do I have?

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, which can take up to 7 business days anywhere in the United States. UPS Next Day Air®, 2nd Day Air®, and 3rd Day Select® are also available at extra charge. For delivery over weekends or holidays, you must call in your order to see if delivery is possible.

Please remember that UPS 1, 2, and 3 Day Service starts the day after we ship your order. Your order must be received by us before 12:00 noon Pacific Time to receive same day shipping. Here are a couple examples:

  • If you order on Wednesday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and need your shipment delivered on Friday, you must choose overnight shipping.
  • If you order on Wednesday and choose two-day shipping, your order will ship Thursday, Friday will count as Day 1, and your order will be delivered on Monday (Day 2).

4. When will my item(s) be shipped?

All orders are shipped within two business days. However, UPS Next Day Air®, 2nd Day Air®, and 3rd Day Select® shipments are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Time.

5. When will I receive my item(s)?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. You will be given the delivery estimate  in Step 4: Shipping Method before you complete checkout.

6. What about Saturday deliveries?

Saturday Delivery is not available for residential addresses, and is not accessible through our check out process. For commercial Saturday deliveries, call our office, as some restrictions may apply.

7. How can I track my shipment?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification by email. In order to track your shipment:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account > View Order Status.
  3. Note or copy the tracking number given under the order summary.
  4. Click Track the status of your order and you will be taken to the tracking site for your shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

1. May I return an item?

You may return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you may also return it within 30 days of delivery.

2. Will I be refunded or credited?

If your item(s) is eligible for return (see above), you will be refunded or credited based on the following:

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item: You will be given the choice of a refund or credit, and we will pay the return shipping cost.
  • For any other reason: You will be given the choice of a refund or credit, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

In some cases, we may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back.

3. How quickly will I get my refund or credit?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

4. How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, simply sign in to your account, view the order using the Completed Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

5. How do I cancel an order before it has shipped?

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please call our office immediately. We will cancel your order and refund your money immediately. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order when you call. If the parcel has already been shipped, we cannot stop it mid-transit.
